Our team has managed a wide range of design projects, from single-family homes to yacht interiors. We have accomplished large scale projects for vacation rental homes, reinvigorating investment homes, and staged for-sale residential real estate properties for. We use this expertise to provide our clients with the highest level of design service possible.

Having lived the Yacht lifestyle and extensive travel through France and Italy, Tom uses these experiences to shape his designs. "In Breckenridge we primarily focus on investment properties that are vacation rental destinations, the design focus is attracting high quality guests and achieving higher incomes. I don't see the value in chasing current trends, but blending timeless concepts with scalable ideas." This philosophy helps maintain focus on the bigger picture and how to achieve results with rental while also allowing a long term plan to maintain the design integrity.
When undertaking projects in Breckenridge and the surrounding area, time is often our biggest consideration. We try to work within our owners' budget but also offer phasing options since we know missing a winter season can be the difference of a successful investment. Most of our projects have been Phased out to allow for rental income to flow at the right times. Our larger scale projects have required large Phase 1s with additional Phases to add detail and allow for delivery windows of custom furnishings and art pieces. Our smaller projects can often be done in 4-8 weeks depending on overall goals.
We offer in house design from bathroom and kitchen renovation to full projects remodel projects. We work with local artists and craftsmen for unique pieces and we also partner with larger suppliers such as Crate & Barrel for commercial grade pieces to ensure your investment into your new design is worth while long term. Full design down to the forks, or basic consultation, you decide!
Our legacy units, using SBR internal colors and inspiration from yacht themes, Safir Haus offers a contemporary and clean design for it's first phase. The second phase, coming Winter 2026, will feature new kitchen and addtional refascia as well as custom furnishings currently being built.
