With over fifteen years of direct experience in Property Management and Real Estate, including five years as a Luxury Real Estate Agent along Florida's Southern Coast along the Gulf of Mexico and managing elite luxury properties on Lido Key, Florida, he’s mastered the art of high-end property care. His secret? A relentless commitment to communication, top-tier service, and making homeowners feel like VIPs.

When he’s not curating dream stays, you’ll find Tom behind the wheel of his 981 Porsche Boxster S, exploring the backcountry in his 2015 G-Wagon Overland Rig, or captaining a boat somewhere on the water. As a seasoned traveler who’s visited 18 countries and counting, he brings a global perspective to hospitality—but Breckenridge is home. He shares it with his spouse, two mischievous huskies, a lovable chocolate lab, and a passion for mountain living.
